The "Donor Selection List" allows you to find any donor by their name (last first) or (first last), company name, delivery address, day phone, evening phone, fax number or either of two possible eMail addresses.

Enter as much of the search string as you know to display the nearest dozen or so records. Then browse up or down to look at closest matches. Hit OK button or Enter to choose highlighted record.

It's simple and yet powerful. You don't have to know whether a name is the primary name or the spouse, or the company - just type the search key and see what exists as a close match. Names are cross indexed to allow you to start the search on the word you can spell with greatest confidence.
