The "Contact" tab page allows you to track an unlimited history of text comments or contacts involving the donor. The upper portion of the donor screen (not shown above) displays name, address, phone and other fields, while the Contact tab page allows you to enter or browse through each donor's contact history. The user-definable Form (of contact) and numbered code fields (1-3) allow a significant amount of custom coding. That plus the fact that each contact record is a separate transaction in the donor's history means that you can record an unlimited chronology of personal information and preferences. The reportable "Follow Up" date allows you to use this page as a true tickler file, planting to-do tasks which can be listed later on a follow-up report.
