The "Cross Ref." tab page allows you to track an unlimited history of who-knows-who cross references involving the donor. The upper portion of the donor screen (not shown above) displays name, address, phone and other fields, while the Cross Ref. tab page allows you to enter or browse through as many links to other donors as you want to set up.

The user-definable code fields (1-3) allow a significant amount of custom coding. That plus the fact that each cross reference record is a separate transaction means that you can record an unlimited number of such links per donor. Cross reference data can be an invaluable addition to your corporate knowledge base, especially for real or potential major donors.
