This is the foundation of a complete membership system. Maintain your membership database, enter pledges, and print reports. This module allows for the output of basic mailings, member cards and tax receipts. Operator, passwords, access rights and transaction tracking enforce security.
Advanced Fundraising enhances your ability to segment and target the members based on their giving patterns. Renewal, lapsed-rejoin and additional gift mailings output files with a wide range of personalization fields. Segmentation reports output information about member giving patterns and flag members for better targeting.
Major Giving provides separate access to authorized users for confidential major donor information, as well as access to basic MemSys information.
Web Pledge Import module allows you to import pledges downloaded from any web-based form. Robust donor matching minimizes duplicates.
The Credit Card Authorization module exports pending credit card pledges to a variety of third-party programs to automate card approvals and payment processing.
Electronic Fund Transfers module provides valuable time saving procedures involving electronic fund transfers. It can be used to import information from an outside E.F.T. firm or to export a NACHA file formatted for processing by your bank. The automation benefits of the export/import tools will soon pay for the module in time saved not having to post E.F.T. payments individually.
Lock Box Import automatically saves payments downloaded from a lock box service. It posts payments fulfilling open pledges and updates the donor’s membership records. This cost effective automation module eliminates the manual entry of check payments returned with solicitation reply forms.
Premium Inventory module allows you to manage the entry and shipment of all premiums. Establish a minimum amount received to ship premium, print shipment labels, report premium shipment status, members with premiums list, inventory list and premium pledge performance.
The Acquisition module provides tools to acquire donors. Included are input features, importing capabilities, mailings and analysis reports. Prospect import compares records in a file against the donor database; it saves only non-matched records, flagging them by source for mailings.
